AMERICA FIRST

.

.

All I keep hearing from fear mongers is what a bloodthirsty neocon John Bolton is. For a neocon, he really values American sovereignty.

In his first major public address since replacing H.R. ProbablyTheOpEdAuthor as national security adviser, Ambassador John “I wish Iran would so much as look at me funny” Bolton preemptively singled out the International Criminal Court, warning that its judges and prosecutors would be subject to travel restrictions, sanctions and criminal prosecution if it sought to investigate American citizens.

“Americans can rest assured that the United States will not provide any form of legitimacy or support to this body,” Bolton said in prepared remarks at an event organized by the Federalist Society in D.C. “The ICC is already dead to us.”

God I love this administration. Now do the U.N.!

.

Bolton indicated that the timing of his announcement was meant to preempt an imminent announcement from the ICC.

“The reason for the timing now is that even in the past few weeks and months, we have been hearing that a decision on a possible formal investigation is very close,” he told reporters after his speech.

Last November, ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda requested permission to open a formal investigation into allegations of war crimes committed since 2002 by, among others, American military and CIA personnel in Afghanistan and at secret detention facilities set up in Poland, Lithuania and Romania. All four are states parties of the ICC.

“There is a reasonable basis to believe that war crimes and crimes against humanity have been committed in connection with the armed conflict in Afghanistan,” Bensouda said at the time.

“Our effort here, because we think the court itself is illegitimate, is simply for this investigation not to go forward,” Bolton said.

.

Contrary to what the media may say, this is nothing new for Bolton, nor is his refusal to recognize the ICC as legitimate unprecedented.

Bolton has been an outspoken critic of the court for decades – including when he served in the Dubya administration. What is unprecedented is the suggestion that the U.S. would legally and financially retaliate against agents of the ICC. That’s because this administration, unlike previous ones, understands that foreign entities will do as they please unless clear repercussions are present.

“We will prosecute them in the U.S. criminal system,” Bolton said, “we will do the same as any company or state that assists an ICC investigation of Americans.”

Did you catch that? What he’s saying is the countries who hand Americans over to the ICC don’t get picked on by the ICC like America does. They’re allowed to handle their own crooks, and we should be granted the same courtesy.

And yes, we do prosecute them. The Abu Ghraib prison guards were prosecuted, for example. Hell, we even prosecuted a Sergeant First Class for beating up an Afghan he caught raping a young boy (that goes on a lot there, by the way).

And oh by the way, we’re not obligated to play ball with them to begin with. The United States is not and never has been a state party to the ICC, though certain administrations have cooperated with its investigations in the past. One hundred twenty-three states have ratified the Rome Statute establishing the ICC, which is based in The Hague, Netherlands. We’re not among them. We actually were at one time, until President Dubya “unsigned” it back in 2002, an event that Bolton called his “happiest day in government.”

.

.

THE ISRAEL ASPECT

.

This isn’t simply about American troops and officials being singled out by an anti-American body. The only hatred more profound on the international stage than that directed at America is that which is directed at Israel.

Bolton  referenced a potential ICC investigation of Israel for its activities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip as impetus for his remarks, during which he also announced the closure of the Palestine Liberation Organization’s office in DC.

“There is no evidence that the PLO office in Washington contributed to diplomacy,” he told reporters.

Israel is not a member of the ICC, though Palestine was admitted as a state party in 2015.

In case you’re not familiar, so-called “Palestinians” love launching rockets and various other munitions toward Israel, often at Israeli civilians, then cry bloody murder when they receive a response. The media, in their unholy alliance with everything anti-Israel, is then all too happy to report from the rubble of the latest Israeli “war crime.”
.

No, Israel should not be subjected to investigations by an international court under those circumstances. It’s absurd. If the United Nations Security Council’s record regarding Israel isn’t enough reason to protect them from anything international, I don’t know what is.

.

.

BOLTON CALLS OUT THE EURO-GLOBALISTS:

.

This is by far my favorite part of this story.

Bolton said the Trump administration would “take note” of any countries that cooperate with ICC investigations of the United States and consider additional avenues (ironically) using the UN Security Council to “constrain” the court’s powers.

He criticized EU countries in particular, citing the bloc as an area “where the global governance dogma is strong.”

Bolton also signaled that the administration was actively evaluating its participation in other multilateral institutions like the World Trade Organization, from which PDT has already threatened to withdraw.

“I think concern for national sovereignty is extremely important to the administration,” Bolton said. “How that plays out in future decisions, I’d rather not forecast, but I think it is something that goes directly to democratic theory of who governs.”

“And the Trump administration view is that Americans govern Americans. How’s that for a radical thought?” he smirked.

Did I mention I love this administration?

.

.

BIG PICTURE:

.

Prepare yourself for the media narrative, which is that PDT and Bolton are torturing terrorists all over the globe and trying to hide their tracks.

In reality, we would be completely insane to accept these people as a law enforcement body over our own citizens. The U.N. is an anti-American, anti-Israel organization and the ICC is no different.

No, I don’t think a bunch of foreigners should be bringing people up on waterboarding charges from a decade ago. We handled that issue ourselves. People thought it was torture so we ended it. I didn’t agree, but that’s the way it goes. OUR elected leaders saw things differently.

And those leaders are the only ones I care about, because they’re the only ones I’ll ever answer to.

Capiche?

GOOGLE CAUGHT RED-HANDED

.

.

Tucker Carlson revealed tonight in an exclusive segment that a newly obtained email from inside Google proves they were biased toward Hillary in the 2016 election. And in yet another bombshell, Carlson alleges that water is wet and the sun has a scorchingly hot surface.

All jokes aside, it’s terrific to see actual proof of what we already knew. That’s happening a lot tonight!

“An email obtained exclusively by this show reveals that a senior Google employee deployed the company’s resources to increase voter turnout in ways she believed would help the Clinton campaign win in the last election,” Carlson said.

Gee, that sounds an awful lot like….what’s the term I’m looking for…..oh yeah — election meddling! Call up King Bob! This goes a little beyond Russian memes.

.

The November 9, 2016 email reportedly came from Eliana Murillo, the former Head of Multicultural Marketing at Google.

“In her email, Murillo touts Google’s multifaceted efforts to boost Hispanic turnout in the election,” Carlson said. “She knows that Latinos voted in record-breaking numbers, especially in states like Florida, Nevada, and Arizona.”

Carlson reported that Murillo said that Arizona was a “key state for us,” and bragged that the company “used its power to ensure that millions of people saw certain hashtags and social media impressions with the goal of influencing their behavior during the election.”

“[Google] supported partners like Voto Latino to pay for rides to the polls in key states,” the email states, describing the assistance as a “silent donation.”

“Murillo then says that Google helped Voto Latino create ad campaigns to promote those rides,” Carlson said. “At the end of her email, Murillo makes it clear that Google was working to get Hillary Clinton elected.”

“Ultimately, after all was said and done, the Latino community did come out to vote, and completely surprised us,” the email states. “We never anticipated 29% of Latinos would vote for Trump. No one did.”

“If you see a Latino Googler in the office, please give them a smile,” the email continues. “They are probably hurting right now. You can rest assured that the Latinos of these blue states need your thoughts and prayers for them and their families.”

As someone who actually did predict PDT would get around 30% of the Hispanic vote, I contend Ms. Murillo may want to hesitate to speak for their population. She clearly doesn’t know them nearly as well as she thought.

This should provide PDT and his supporters in Congress with enough cannon fodder to purge ahead with this issue. Frankly, Google is too big anyway, regardless of who they support. Antitrust laws were created for a reason.

Then again, I suppose it should come as no surprise that a corporation whose donations go to 90% Democrats can’t be expected to play it down the middle. Unfortunately, they have a great deal of power over millions of Americans, so they need to play it down the middle one way or the other. That can only happen through competition, and while I hate to say this as a conservative, that likely won’t happen unless the government breaks up this monopoly.

So yes, I’m calling for government intervention into the private sector, just as they’ve intervened with monopolies many times before.

Far-left zealots can’t be allowed to control this much of the tech industry.

FURTHER DOWN THE PAPADOPOULOS RABBIT HOLE

.

.

Remember Friday’s piece on George Papadopoulos, wherein we discussed the DNC’s assertion that the professor at the heart of the Papadopoulos “Russian connection,” Joseph Mifsud, could be dead?

Well, folks who know him don’t seem to think so.

A Swiss-German lawyer named Stephan Roh, who is a close friend and adviser to Mifsud, says the claim is “nonsense.”

“I’m in a better mood today. I got it from really good sources. They say that he is alive, that he has another identity, and that he is staying somewhere, at a nice place,” Roh said.

Roh is a multimillionaire with ties to Russia. He hired Mifsud as a “business-development consultant” in 2015, and is Mifsud’s “partner and best friend” and “the money behind him,” according to Papadopoulos’s wife, Simona Mangiante, who worked for Mifsud briefly.

“I just this morning got a message, indirectly, that he is alive and that they have provided him with another identity,” he added.

Unfortunately, Roh declined to elaborate on who “they” might be. The only people I know who hand out fake identities are the witness protection program and clandestine intelligence services. Who might be hiding Mr. Mifsud, and why?

And furthermore, if this German lawyer can get information on Mifsud, can’t Bob Mueller? Ahhh that’s right, there’s no need, since Mifsud was in contact with the FBI from the onset and by all accounts cooperative. And who can guarantee that Mueller wants to speak with him anyway? Remember, the FBI didn’t contact him until 6 months after they’d learned about his supposed message to Papadopoulos that Russia had Hillary’s emails.

You know, because they had that nifty new dossier keeping them busy. That, and information clearing both Papadopoulos and Mifsud.

.

.

DON’T FORGET ABOUT MIFSUD

.

You’re going to be hearing his name again, and here’s why.

Back in March, the Daily Caller reported on a London meeting to which Papadopoulos had been summoned. The meeting request came from one Stefan Halper, a foreign policy expert and Cambridge professor with known connections to both the CIA and its British counterpart, MI6.

You may remember Halper’s name after it was revealed that he had been inserted into Trump campaign as a “human informant,” or as non-swamp folk call it, a spy. We still don’t know how many people Halper attempted to entrap, but #BelieveMe, I have a feeling we will.

Halper first contacted Papadopoulos by email. In a Sept. 2, 2016, message sent to Papadopoulos’s personal email account, he offered Papadopoulos $3,000 to write a policy paper on issues related to Turkey, Cyprus, Israel and the Leviathan natural gas field. Halper also offered to pay for Papadopoulos’s flight and a three-night stay in London.

This is a practice known as cultivating an asset, albeit an unwitting one in this instance.

The meeting in London really sticks out in Papadopoulos’s mind, mostly because of Halper’s behavior, specifically the seemingly random questions and remarks he lobbed his way.

GP recently told Fake News CNN that Halper asked questions out of left field such as, “George, you know about hacking the emails from Russia, right?” Here is his full quote to Fake News CNN:

I received an unsolicited email from Stephan Halper who I thought was a Cambridge professor inviting me. So he reached out and said I want you to write a paper for me. I joined him about a week later over drinks at the hotel in London where all of the sudden he pulls out his phone. Everyone has phones when they meet with me and he places it in front of him and he begins to tell me, “So George, of course hacking is in the interest of your campaign. Of course, the Russians are helping you.” These open-ended questions, and, “Of course, you’re probably involved in it too. That’s correct right?”

GP told Halper he didn’t know anything about emails or Russian hacking. Halper’s demeanor reportedly changed after receiving that answer, becoming more aggressive, as if to convey that he knew Papadopoulos was lying. But he wasn’t, and Halper didn’t follow up on the line of inquiry.

.

.

LONDON KEEPS COMING UP IN THIS STORY

.

And I’m about 99% sure I know why.

Note the aforementioned reference to Halper’s connections to both the CIA and MI6. This is important, because it likely explains why Papadopoulos was in London in the first place. There is a virtual 100% chance that Papadopoulos was under SIGINT surveillance, meaning his electronic communications were being intercepted.

British intelligence is neck-deep in all this stuff. Remember, it’s former MI6 agent Christopher Steele who was the pointman for the dossier, and he has connections throughout the British intel apparatus, including GCHQ (the British NSA) who would be responsible for such collection (though it’s worth noting that MI6 also has this capability).

They wouldn’t need Papadopoulos to be in London in order to conduct such surveillance, but it does make their job much easier. First off, they can use their own cell towers. Secondly, there are far fewer bureaucratic hoops to jump through to collect on a foreigner on British soil.

Make no mistake about it — there are British fingerprints all over this entire scandal. The question we really need to be asking is to what other ends the Brits were used. I’d be interested to see the communications between one John Brennan and his counterpart in MI6. You know, the one who mysteriously resigned shortly after PDT took office.

.

.

NOW FOR THE BOMBSHELL:

.

Papadopoulos shed even more light on the situation when he took to Twitter today to start telling the world the truth about what happened with that now infamous Australian diplomat; the one he allegedly relayed information about Russian having Hillzdawg’s emails.

For example, did you know that the Aussie diplomat, Alexander Downer, wasn’t some random dude in a bar, but a Clinton friend who sought the meeting with Papadopoulos? PRETTY CRAZY, HUH. ONE WOULD THINK THIS WOULD BE FRONT PAGE NEWS.

Here is the complete tweet storm posted by Papadopoulos, in paragraph form:

Alexander Downer wanted to meet under incredibly suspicious circumstances. I found it so odd that Downer, who gained notoriety in Australia for wearing women’s fish nets, invited me to “order” me to stop “bothering” his good friend David Cameron. And told me my views were hostile to British interests. So basically, for those paying attention, we have a Clinton friend, connected to the MI6, and private intelligence organizations in London, probing me about my ties to the energy business offshore Israel. Nothing about the US-Australia relationship. Yet I supposedly told THAT individual about emails. Something I have no recollection ever discussing.

Absolutely insane. This whole time we’ve been led to believe that Alexander Downer was just some Aussie diplomat who happened to be around for a drunken Russian asset’s rant about collusion, only to find out that this meeting was anything but random, and Downer was anything but a neutral party.

So not only was the FBI happy to use campaign propaganda paid for by the Clinton camp, they were more than happy to take the word of a Clinton friend about a meeting he, himself ordered with a Trump campaign volunteer.

Something tells me the FBI they knew they’d receive that call about the Aussie diplomat before it came.

.

BIG PICTURE:

.

There is conflicting information being bandied about. On one hand, we have reports that the FBI received exculpatory information regarding Papadopoulos and Mifsud shortly after supposedly launching a probe based on the “Russia has Hillary’s emails” discussion allegedly held by the two men.

On the other, we have Halper asking probing questions as if he were a spy genuinely trying to uncover information related to Papadopoulos’s involvement with Russian collusion.

One possible explanation is that it was worth it to the corrupted Obama DOJ/intelligence apparatus to get Papadopoulos to London any way they could just for the possible SIGINT value. It’s also possible – very possible in fact – that Halper was simply unaware of the information the FBI had received and was continuing along with his mission accordingly, which worked out nicely for the bureau and/or CIA who needed him on British soil regardless. No need to inform Halper if the main point is to get surveillance anyway.

Here’s what we do know — every single aspect of this investigation seems to have been predicated on entrapment.

Halper used the same type of set-up language that made the infamous Don Jr. Trump Tower meeting such an obvious fake.

“Remember, this is part of the Russian government’s support for your father.”

It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon, folks.

And now, we learn the most damning evidence of a set-up to date — a Clinton friend ordering a meeting with a Trump campaign volunteer, then reporting a conversation to the FBI that Papadopoulos doesn’t even recall. And seeing as how the FBI doesn’t have a damn thing on him other than a “lie” that they created through pressure, I’m inclined to believe Papadopoulos’s account.

It was a set-up at every turn, folks. They created the very crime they’re investigating, or at least tried to. Judging by the non-Russia related charges that have been levied upon the Trump orbit thus far, it looks like their game of entrapment failed miserably.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is why you have King Bob Mueller making his way into the most private areas of Trump’s life. Despite all their illegal digging, all their attempts at entrapment, all their illicit surveillance at home and abroad, they still couldn’t come up with a single juicy crime to bring Trump down, even a manufactured one.

All I can say is if you aim for the king, you best not miss.

The FBI missed. And now they’ll be exposed by the king.

Shine a light on them all, PDT.
