The news of the week wasn’t to be found in the leader of the free world sitting down to resolve a standoff with a burgeoning nuclear power. Nope, not if you’re the type of fella who wears genitalia as a hat. Rather, all the buzz was around #YourFavoritePresident’s former personal attorney and partially melted wax figure, Michael Cohen.

As laid out in Monday’s piece, the hearing was designed to begin an impeachment rap sheet for the rabid anti-Trump faction of the Dim base, funded by billionaire Tom Steyer and orchestrated by Clinton, Inc., an end to which it failed rather miserably. But Dims were able to spend a few hours embarrassing the POTUS as world peace hung in the balance a half a world away, something for which they can all be proud.

For the sake of efficiency (and sanity), we’ll condense the hearings down to the most important points so as to gain a functional understanding of where things stand.
