By now, most Trumpers who follow the news are familiar with one Lisa Page. She, along with her married lover/counterintelligence bigwig Peter Strzok, comprised the tip of the spear for what could only be described as a soft coup attempt against the President of the United States.
We learned much about her shenanigans from text messages leaked from an internal Inspector General probe. We also learned how brazen and comfortable she and her colleagues had become in their corrupt dealings, as they gleefully discussed their plans to save America from the boogey man on government-issued phones. And now, we know what she told Congress behind closed doors about her crew’s dealings.
The Page transcript breaks down into two types of information: what we already knew and what we already suspected. So to that end, very little of what is contained in this piece could be considered revelatory. All the same, it’s information of which every American should be made aware, as it gets to the very heart of our premiere institutions of justice.
In this piece, we’ll examine the most relevant parts of her testimony in an effort to get as complete a picture as possible.
